Michael Armendariz earned his Bachelor's Degree in Music Business from NMSU in 2007 - the same year Barbara Hubbard was awarded the Honorary Doctorate of Arts and Letters from NMSU. Michael joined the ACTS Program as a student intern in 2006 and served as Stage Manager for the Timberwood Amphitheater Summer Concert Series in Hot Springs, AR. Following the Summer Series, Michael continued to assist Hubbard with office and production duties, assisting with concerts in Las Cruces, Albuquerque, Roswell, and Lubbock.

Michael went on to complete a Master's Degree in Music Performance at NMSU, and later a Doctorate of Musical Arts from Michigan State University. He has worked as a Theater Director and Music Business Coordinator for the Music Department at NMSU, Music Instructor and Coordinator of the Visual & Performing Arts Center at Central Arizona College, and is now an Event Coordinator for Expo New Mexico and the New Mexico State Fair.

Ginny served on the ACTS Board first as a student in the mid-2000s during her time at New Mexico State University and transitioned into treasurer in 2013. Ginny is working in the music and entertainment industry as the Director of Marketing for Wagner Noël Performing Arts Center in Midland/Odessa, TX.

Paul has enjoyed a 40+ year career in the entertainment industry. Serving 36 years of those years in Agency operations; Talent Agent guiding careers of countless country, pop, and Christian artists. 23 years as Co-Head of Nashville operations for William Morris Agency/WME. Paul is currently an Adjunct Instructor at Belmont University - Music Business and Commercial Music. Paul has been a longtime supporter of the ACTS Program and served on the board at various capacities over the years.
